We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for a family of 4. The service was great, greeted by friendly staff always and room was very clean and comfortable. Location wise is superb too, close to China town and light rail to get to Circular Quay. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were able to walk about 16 mins to get our rental car too! We booked though Luxury Escape and have breakfast and drinks included in our package. They serve very good food and the café and pub in the hotel are such a nice addition for gathering and relaxing after a day spent outside. I came home and noticed my credit card was charged for something I did not know. I gave them a call and quickly they reverse the charge! I am very happy with that as it is always scary to let the hotel hold on few hundred dollars and not knowing what they could be charging. At least this incident was sorted very easily and quickly. Will definitely come back to stay!

This was our first experience of an ACE Hotel and I have to say we were none other than delighted from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff were more than helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming at all times. We are DEFINITELY planning to stay here again and are looking forward to it already. Next time you visit Sydney, do yourselves a favour and check out this fabulous hotel, you'll be glad you did.

Wow.. simply perfect hotel! 5-star accommodation, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well-designed. The restaurant and bar on the hotel's entrance floor are exceptional. Perfect service, excellent, delicious and high-quality food. The hotel staff and the waiters in the bar and restaurant were professional, charming and helpful. They helped us with everything, were always happy to help and made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We highly recommend and we would be happy to visit again on our next vacation!

We didn't stay at the hotel (but wish we did), however we popped in to use the photo booth in the lobby. Hotel had such a great atmosphere, staff were super friendly and accommodating. The photo booth is located around to the right of the main foyer and then down on the left as you walk past the restaurant. It cost $10 for 3 digital photos printed on the strip. Super cute experience if you're nearby!

Very convenient to the train station. Attentative staff. Very quick to resolve air conditioning noise in our original room with a free upgrade. Expect very small rooms. The room sizes vary greatly, so expect Ibis sized rooms and they get bigger from there depending on price. We stayed here twice, before and after a cruise and we were very happy. About a 10 minute Uber to the opera house. Bus stop right outside as well.

Eclectic hotel with lots of personality and style. Smooth check-in and generous noon check-out (at time of writing). Room was quaint but had all one needed. Styling was retro with a modern twist, earthy in nature. Had the best sleep in the king bed! Vibrant bar atmosphere at happy hour and delicious food at LOAM restaurant. Enjoyed our stay, recommend if you are in the area!

Amazing location, well-stocked, clean and stylish rooms. Service was excellent and accomodating; the restaurant downstairs serves great food, although no breakfast included. Walking distance to really good cafes and restaurants, tourist spots, including Chinatown, Australian Museum, the Cathedral and park, etc; also great for access to public transport to go further out. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing stay, love the fit out / design of all of the places at Ace. The food / drinks and atmosphere were fantastic and the service was next level. The location is ideal to get to all major destinations around town. We love this place.

I have had excellent service since I walked through the door!!! Emily at check in was attentive, friendly and helped me with a bit of a situation like it was absolutely nothing! Anna at night service has always been so friendly and helpful. The staff have all been so excellent, the rooms are super clean, modern and homely at the same time. The staff really make you feel part of the family and make you feel so welcome. I had an ongoing issue with my TV, but then Superman Joe swept in and fixed it within 2 minutes. If you like classy modern accomodation with super friendly staff, this is your place. I stayed here with business, so I didn’t get to choose where I stayed, but I will be pressuring my superiors to consistently book this hotel! What a wonderful stay!

Friendly and lovely staff always being so apologetic and patient with our feedback. However we find the hotel very dusty and triggers our allergies. Their use of bed toppers (the throw blanket) and the sofa by the window is so full of dust …
